(PubMed, J Neurol) - Sep 25, 2026 - "A recent systematic review concluded that anti-amyloid therapies for Alzheimer's disease offer no clinically meaningful benefit, drawing sharp criticism that focused largely on the review's methodology rather than on the clinical case for the drugs themselves. This Comment examines what the currently licensed treatments deliver for patients and what terms, such as 'modest' and 'moderate', benefit mean in practical and clinical terms."
