This ap- proach minimizes prolonged corticosteroid exposure and its associated toxicity while improving overall disease manage- ment. The availability of new treatments such as sutimlimab further highlights the importance of early and accurate diag- nosis, allowing timely patient selection and appropriate pre- ventive measures, including vaccination strategies."
