BISPECIFIC ANTIBODIES AS A BRIDGE TO ALLOGENEIC HSC TRANSPLANTATION FOLLOWING CAR-T FAILURE: A SINGLE-CENTER REAL-WORLD EXPERIENCE IN DLBCL AND FL (SIE 2026) - Oct 6, 2026 - Abstract #SP086; "We retrospectively analyzed 9 consecutive pa- tients (6M, 3F; born 1960–1982) with DLBCL (n=7) or FL (n=2) progressing after CAR-T therapy, subsequently treat- ed with epcoritamab (n=4), glofitamab (n=4), or mosune- tuzumab (n=1). They may effectively bridge se- lected patients to allo-SCT, supporting the CAR-T → BsAb → allo-SCT sequence as a feasible and potentially curative strategy in younger, fit patients. Prospective studies are war- ranted to refine patient selection and optimize sequencing of these therapies."
