VENETOCLAX-BASED REGIMENS AFTER COVALENT BTKI EXPOSURE IN RELAPSED/REFRACTORY CLL: REAL WORLD OUTCOMES AND PREDICTORS OF SURVIVAL (SIE 2026) - Oct 6, 2026 - Abstract #DP138; Pres time: Sep 22, 2026; 06:30 PM - 07:30 PM; Location: AREA POSTER; "The treatment paradigm of chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) has shifted to targeted agents, including Bruton tyro- sine kinase inhibitors (BTKi) and venetoclax, creating a growing need for effective strategies in the post-BTKi sett- ing. The addition of rituximab is associated with improved survival, while progression on prior BTKi identifies a sub- group with inferior OS despite similar disease control, suggesting intrinsically high-risk biology. These findings sup- port a risk-adapted sequencing approach in the post-BTKi setting."
