THE CONTRIBUTION OF FLOW CYTOMETRY TO THE IDENTIFICATION OF CD5+ DIFFUSE LARGE B CELL LYMPHOMA (CD5+ DLBCL) (SIE 2026) - Oct 6, 2026 - Abstract #SP066; "Median event-free survival was 20 months (range 9-72) in pts treated with curative intent (mainly R-CHOP) and 6 months (range 1-9) in those treated with R-miniCOMP. Our findings highlight the value of FC as a complementary tool for identifying CD5+ DLBCL at higher risk of progression. Furthermore, FC may improve diagnos- tic sensitivity particularly in the detection of rare events such as occult CNS involvement."
