This study represents the first and largest description of liver pathology in patients with LGLL. In our cohort, patients frequently had coexisting autoimmune disease and immunodeficiency and commonly presented with elevated liver enzymes prompting hepatology evaluation and liver biopsy. Histopathology most often demonstrated lobular intrasinusoidal infiltration regardless of biologic subtype, although portal-based inflammation was observed in a subset of cases."
