PROGNOSTIC VALUE OF SEMI-QUANTITATIVE METABOLIC PARAMETERS ON [18F]FDG PET/CT IN PATIENTS WITH FOLLICULAR LYMPHOMA AT DIAGNOSIS (SIE 2026) - Oct 6, 2026 - Abstract #SP071; "TMTV was calculated using the fixed threshold of SUV4.All cases received treatment regimens with curative intent, in- cluding R-CHOP/CHOP-like (3/47), bendamustine plus ritux- imab (24/47) or obinutuzumab (5/47), rituximab single-agent (6/47) or in association with radiation therapy (9/47).Out of 47 patients, CR was achieved in 42/47 (89.3%) and 4/47 achieved a PR with an ORR of 97.8%; 6/47 (12.7%) relapsed after achieving a CR/PR. For the entire cohort, median PFS was 60 months and 5-y OS was 67%.In univariate analysis, FLIIPI 2 score and TMTV (with best cut-off value assessed by ROC curve), were associated with reduced PFS (HR 4.0747, 95%CI 1.5191-10.9298, p=0.02 and HR 3.29, 95%CI 1.13-9.57, p=0.02, respectively) and OS (HR 2.4357, 95%CI 0.5801-10.2279, p=0.0001 and HR 3.1706, 95%CI 1.0627-9.4592, p=0.03 respectively).At last follow-up, 32/47 patients were alive, causes of death included progressive disease (2 cases), death while in CR (3 patients, aged >80..."
