CTDNA MRD ASSESSMENT AND CLINICAL OUTCOMES IN HIGH-RISK ABC-DLBCL: UPDATED RESULTS FROM THE FIL_RI-CHOP TRIAL (SIE 2026) - Oct 6, 2026 - Abstract #C002; Pres time: Sep 21, 2026; 11:50 AM - 01:20 PM; Location: HALL 1; "The FIL_RI-CHOP trial evaluated R-CHOP plus ibrutinib (I) with I maintenance in young, untreated high-risk ABC-DLBCL, integrating molecular genotyping and ctDNA-based MRD analysis. The regimen was safe and highly effective with favorable PFS and no CNS relapses, despite the high-risk ABC-DLBCL population. ctDNA MRD retained independent prognostic value and should guide treatment stratification in future trials."
