LARGE B-CELL LYMPHOMA DE NOVO AND TRANSFORMED FROM FOLLICULAR LYMPHOMA WITH MYC ALTERATIONS: AN ITALIAN SINGLE CENTER EXPERIENCE (SIE 2026) - Oct 6, 2026 - Abstract #DP059; Pres time: Sep 21, 2026; 07:00 PM - 08:00 PM; Location: AREA POSTER; "According to the onset of LBCL, no significant difference in OS and PFS was found between dLBCL and group1 of tLBCL.In DH- L/THL, we confirmed a survival advantage in dLBCL [3- years OS 69% vs 53% (p 0,067), 3-year PFS 66% and 37% (p 0,01) in dLBCL and tLBCL respectively]; conversely, in SHL and aDHL/THL no significant difference in OS and PFS was found between the two groups. In multivariate analysis tLBCL, ECOG≥2 and age>60 years showed a negative prog- nostic impact on OS and PFS, non intensive chemotherapy (i.e RCHOP or RCHOP like) only on PFS, SHL had a positive prognostic impact only on OS. Conclusions. In this retrospective analysis, tLBCL with MYC alterations showed a worse PFS and OS compared to dLBCL, except in pts with transformation concomitant with the FL diagnosis."
