EVALUATION OF IMMUNE STATUS IN CHILDREN AND ADOLESCENTS WITH NEOPLASIA (SIOP 2026) - Oct 23, 2026 - Abstract #VIRTUAL-189; "Nineteen patients received IVIG replacement therapy (12 with hematologic malignancies, including 8 receiving rituximab, and 7 with solid tumors); all had experienced infections before initiation of IVIG. Baseline immunological evaluation in children with newly diagnosed cancer enabled the identification of patients with suspected IEI. Monthly monitoring of serum IgG levels during treatment facilitated the early detection of treatment-related hypogammaglobulinemia associated with infectious complications."
