Fostamatinib was administered as monotherapy (n=4) or in combination (n=3; romiplostim n=1, intravenous immunoglobulins IGEV n=2)...In our small real-world series, fostamatinib showed promising activity in patients with sITP to LPDs, with a manageable safety profile. Our preliminary findings will need to be confirmed in a prospective setting."
