FIGHT TRIAL: FIXED-DURATION IBRUTINIB PLUS DELAYED OBINUTUZUMAB AS FIRST-LINE THERAPY FOR TP53-INTACT CHRONIC LYMPHOCYTIC LEUKEMIA (SIE 2026) - Oct 6, 2026 - Abstract #DP133; Pres time: Sep 22, 2026; 06:30 PM - 07:30 PM; Location: AREA POSTER; "One pt discontinued due to treatment-emergent sen- sorineural hearing loss, IBR-related, not meeting SAE criteri- a.4 pts required dose reduction for AEs, including two grade 3 hypertension.After a median follow up of 32 months (range 2-48), 7 pts (12.9%) had PD: 1 occurred during C17 and received Venetoclax+Rituximab, 2 PD at FU30D and IBR was resumed. The remaining 4 pts had asymptomatic PD not requiring therapy (range 0-23 months). PFS and TT- NT at 30 months were 75.1% and 87.8%, respectively.In summary, 2-year FD IBR+OBI appears to achieve deep re- sponses and allow safe treatment discontinuation in a signifi- cant proportion of TN CLL pts."
