Frontal Lobe Predominance in Amyloid Reduction After Anti-Amyloid Therapy: A Longitudinal Comparative ¹⁸F-AV45 PET Study (EANM 2026) - Sep 29, 2026 - Abstract #EP-0710; "Aim/Introduction: The emergence of anti-amyloid-beta (Aβ) therapies, such as lecanemab, has transformed the treatment landscape of Alzheimer's disease (AD)... Real-world anti-Aβ treatment is associated with a significant and rapid reduction in cerebral amyloid plaque density as measured by 18F-AV45 PET. Significant clearance was observed in key AD-signature regions within approximately 10 months of treatment. These findings support the efficacy of anti-amyloid interventions in reducing molecular pathology in clinical practice." Alzheimer's Disease • CNS Disorders • Cognitive Disorders
