These results suggest that a twofold reduction in acquisition time for Lu-177 imaging is feasible on a full-ring CZT SPECT/ CT system, even at later post-injection time points. This has important implications for Lu-177 and other theranostic applications, enabling substantially shorter imaging times compared with conventional gamma-camera systems."
