Risk of Bowel Obstruction in Patients with Androgen Pathway Modulation-Resistant Prostate Cancer and Peritoneal Disease Receiving Lutetium-177 PSMA-targeted Radionuclide Therapy (EANM 2026) - Sep 29, 2026 - Abstract #EP-0902; "Aim/Introduction: [177Lu]Lu-PSMA-617 is a targeted radiopharmaceutical therapy (RPT) for PSMA-PET positive androgen pathway modulation-resistant (APMR) prostate cancer... In this exploratory study, no cases of small bowel obstruction were observed in patients with PSMA PETavid peritoneal disease treated with PSMAtargeted RPT. This suggests that the bowel toxicity profile of PSMAdirected treatment may differ from patients with neuroendocrine tumors with or without treatment with [177Lu]Lu-DOTATATE."
