Clonal hematopoiesis of indeterminate potential in mCRPC patients treated with 177 Lu-PSMA-617 (EANM 2026) - Sep 29, 2026 - Abstract #EP-0900; "Lu PSMA promotes CHIP and enhances VAF, suggesting monitoring for cardiovascular risk and haematological toxicities. CHIP is also more prominent in patients progressing on LuPSMA. Baseline CHIP for DNMT3A, TET2 and PPM1D could be prognostic factors of resistance to LuPSMA.Further analysis continues to assess impact on patients outcomes and haematologic toxicities."
