Baseline PET/CT appeared more sensitive than post-therapy SPECT/CT, likely reflecting superior lesion delineation. Metrics combining tumor burden and uptake intensity, such as TLF, may offer a more clinically meaningful framework for pre-therapy stratification and anticipating normal-organ absorbed dose."
