Assessment of PSMA Occupancy and Recovery During Lu-177-PSMA-617 Therapy Using Ga-68-PSMA-11 Dynamic PET/CT (EANM 2026) - Sep 29, 2026 - Abstract #EP-0921; "Comparisons of SUV and pharmacokinetic parameters indicate reduced radiotracer uptake consistent with PSMA receptor saturation shortly after standard 177Lu-PSMA-617 therapy, with recovery of binding site availability observed 2-4 days post-therapy. These findings suggest that activity escalation beyond 7.4 GBq may benefit from fractionation with staggered administrations ~2 days apart rather than a single injection. This design will be used in an upcomoing Phase 1 cinical trial at out instituition for cycle 1 dose escalation."
