Pluvicto (lutetium Lu 177 vipivotide tetraxetan) - Novartis
Imaging Mass Cytometry Maps Immune Remodeling After PSMA α- and β-Radioligand Therapy in Prostate Cancer (EANM 2026) - Sep 29, 2026 - Abstract #EP-0052; "Aim/Introduction: Despite the clinical success of Pluvicto in mCRPC, durable responses remain elusive, reflecting an incomplete understanding of treatment-induced tumor microenvironment (TME) changes... High-dimensional IMC profiling shows αRLT induces a distinct prostate TME remodeling vs. βRLT, with increased cytotoxic T cells and M1 macrophages, reduced immunosuppression, and deeper tumor infiltration. The 48h-6 day post-αRLT window emerges as a promising window for combining with immune checkpoint inhibitors."
