We developed HT125, a new DLL3-targeting cyclic peptide conjugate for radio-theranostics. 18F-AlF-NOTA-HT125 provided superior PET imaging performance. Therapeutic studies revealed that both 177Lu- and 225Ac-labeled HT125 inhibited tumor growth, and 225Ac-DOTA-HT125 induced durable suppression."
