Quantitative High-resolution radioHPLC analysis of 225 Ac-labelled compounds using a standard HPLC radioactivity detector (EANM 2026) - Sep 29, 2026 - Abstract #EP-0208; "Materials and [225Ac]Ac-DOTA-TATE and [177Lu]Lu-DOTA-TATE were synthesised using published procedures... This breakthrough technology generates high-resolution radioHPLC chromatograms of 225Ac-labelled compounds using standard HPLC equipment and parts. The resolution of the Ac-225 radioHPLC chromatograms using this technique is comparable to that of gamma emitting nuclides not subject to equilibrium dynamics and shows the [225Ac]Ac-DOTA-TATE parent well resolved from impurities. We strongly recommend prompt implementation of this technology for quality control of radiopharmaceuticals subject to equilibrium dynamics, especially 225Ac-labelled compounds in clinical trials."
