Most predicted dose was contributed by the TAC tail, suggesting the final time-point is most critical for dose estimation. Calculated tumour dose, combined with a nonnegligible eligibility rate of 15% by VISION criteria, establish a compelling rationale for prospective therapeutic trials in this underserved population."
