Preclinical Evaluation of NYM158, a Novel177Lu-Labeled SSTR2 Antagonist Radiopharmaceutical for Aggressive Neuroendocrine Neoplasms and Small Cell Lung Cancer (EANM 2026) - Sep 29, 2026 - Abstract #EP-0175; "In SSTR2-positive AR42J xenografts, 177Lu-NYM158 showed a more favorable biodistribution profile than 177Lu-DOTATATE, with higher tumor uptake, prolonged retention, and superior tumor-to-kidney ratios. Consistent with this profile, 177Lu-NYM158 achieved comparable or greater tumor growth inhibition at a lower administered activity. These findings support 177Lu-NYM158 as a promising antagonist-based radiopharmaceutical for SSTR2-targeted radionuclide therapy in aggressive neuroendocrine neoplasms and small cell lung cancer."
