The novel bispecific radioligand JHE1 shows high affinity for PSMA and FAP, favorable tumor uptake, and prolonged retention in PSMA- and FAP-positive tumors. Further clinical validation of [68Ga]Ga/[177Lu]Lu-JHE1 in larger patient cohorts is warranted."
