Collectively, these advances support a paradigm shift from generalized symptom management toward biologically informed, individualized care. Continued integration of genomic profiling, biomarker stratification, and equitable implementation frameworks will be essential to translate precision strategies into sustainable improvements in global SCD outcomes."
