A Novel ACP3-Targeted Radiotracer ⁶⁸Ga/¹⁷⁷Lu-NY129 for Molecular Imaging of Prostate Cancer (EANM 2026) - Sep 29, 2026 - Abstract #OP-669; Pres time: Oct 20, 2026; 03:00 PM - 04:30 PM; Location: Hall E2; "Aim/Introduction: Prostate-specific membrane antigen-targeted radionuclide therapy (PSMA-TRT), such as the FDA-approved ¹⁷⁷Lu-PSMA-617, has demonstrated great potential in improving clinical outcomes across various stages of prostate cancer... This study reports the successful development of an ACP3-targeting radioligand. The probe demonstrated favorable targeting and retention properties in tumor tissues. It holds potential for further development in the diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer, may compensate for the limitations of PSMA in clinical detection rates, and provides a foundation for PSMA/ACP3 dual-targeting molecular strategies."
