IAG933 induces tumorselective chromatin remodeling and ferroptosis-associated transcriptional priming in cholangiocarcinoma. Combination treatment with GemCis, RMC6236, and the ferroptosis inducer RSL3 demonstrated synergistic effects across multiple CCA models. These findings support TEAD inhibition-based ferroptosis combination therapy as a promising therapeutic strategy for YAP/ TEAD-dependent cholangiocarcinoma."
