Analysis of Cycle-by-Cycle and Total Lesional Absorbed Dose (AD) vs. Change in Tumor Size 6 Months Post-therapy in GEP-NET Patients Treated with 177 Lu-DOTATATE: Importance of High AD in Early Cycles (EANM 2026) - Sep 29, 2026 - Abstract #OP-679; Pres time: Oct 20, 2026; 03:00 PM - 04:30 PM; Location: Hall B; P1/2 | "Materials and As part of NCT04086485, a prospective trial evaluating the combination of 177Lu-DOTATATE and olaparib in gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (GEP-NET), 12 patients had three quantitative SPECT/CTs performed at 4, 24, and 48 hours after each cycle of 177Lu-DOTATATE (7.4 GBq every 8 weeks for 4 cycles). AD delivered to a tumor during cycles 1 and 2 of 177Lu-DOTATATE correlated much more strongly with its change in size 6 months after completion of therapy vs. AD delivered during cycles 3 and 4. This suggests potential advantage in front-loading AD in multi-cycle treatments." Clinical • Gastrointestinal Neuroendocrine Tumor • Neuroendocrine Tumor • Oncology • Solid Tumor
