Same-day dual radiopharmaceutical imaging on a long-axial-field-of-view PET/CT - a paediatric case study (EANM 2026) - Sep 29, 2026 - Abstract #OP-844; Pres time: Oct 21, 2026; 08:00 AM - 09:30 AM; Location: Hall G1; "Aim/Introduction: The management of metastatic neuroblastoma is optimised through [18F]FDG and [68Ga] DOTATATE radiopharmaceutical imaging to assess disease status and determine patient suitability for [177Lu]DOTATATE therapy... This first paediatric study demonstrates the feasibility of same-day low-dose imaging with multiple radiopharmaceuticals on a long-axial-FOV PET/CT scanner. Ongoing work will evaluate the impact of residual [18F]FDG on [68Ga]DOTATATE SUV, methods for correcting gross patient motion, modelling radiopharmaceutical kinetics and the impact of performing AC using ultra-low-dose CT and LSO transmission data on image quality and quantification."
