These findings indicate that the assumption of equivalence between blood and red marrow activity concentrations in blood-based dosimetry is not valid for [177Lu]Lu-DOTA-TATE therapy and is likely to result in systematic underestimation of RM absorbed dose. The observed temporal increase in RMBLR further challenges the use of a fixed ratio in blood-based dosimetry approaches."
