Comparison of small-volume sampling with whole-kidney segmentation for renal dosimetry based on 177 Lu quantitative SPECT/CT in PRRT and PSMA-RLT (EANM 2026) - Sep 29, 2026 - Abstract #EPS-008; Pres time: Oct 18, 2026; 08:00 AM - 09:30 AM; Location: Hall G2; "Materials and 158 post-therapy quantitative SPECT/CT dosimetry studies in 95 patients were retrospectively analyzed: 70 two-timepoint 177Lu-DOTATATE studies (24+72h; 40 post-C1,and30 post-C2), 34 single-timepoint 177Lu-PSMA-I&T (48h; 21 post-C1 , and 13 post-C2), and 54 single-timepoint 177Lu-PSMA-617 (34 post-C1 and 20 post-C3). The small-volume method shows strong agreement with the whole-kidney dosimetry approach, with improved inter-cycle reproducibility. Given its simplicity, time-savingness and inherent operator-independence, the small-volume method represents a robust and efficient alternative for monitoring and personalising ¹⁷⁷Lu radiopharmaceutical therapies based on renal dosimetry."
