Comparison of Tumour- and Organ Absorbed Doses in 177 Lu SSTR Agonist and Antagonist PRRT for NETs across alternating treatment cycles: A single center experience (EANM 2026) - Sep 29, 2026 - Abstract #OP-262; Pres time: Oct 18, 2026; 04:45 PM - 06:15 PM; Location: Hall G1; "Aim/Introduction: Peptide receptor radionuclide therapy (PRRT) with radiolabeled somatostatin receptor (SSTR) agonists such as 177Lu-DOTATATE and -DOTATOC is an established treatment for patients with progressive neuroendocrine tumours (NETs). Treatment with 177Lu-SSO110 demonstrated consistently higher absorbed tumour doses and therapeutic indices compared to 177Lu-DOTATOC. Results were confirmed in the follow-up (third) treatment cycle. These initial findings support SSTR antagonist therapy, particularly in patients with limited expected tumor absorbed dosed in SSTR-agonist-based PRRT."
