Real-World Outcomes of Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-Cell Therapy in Pediatric B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia: Role of Consolidative Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation (ICBMT 2026) - Oct 8, 2026 - Abstract #OP09-1; Pres time: Sep 19, 2026; 09:00 AM - 09:10 AM; Location: Room C(2F); "Bridging chemotherapy consisted of vincristine- and dexamethasone-based regimens, and all patients received lymphodepletion with fludarabine and cyclophosphamide. In heavily pretreated pediatric B-ALL, CAR T-cell therapy induces high-rate MRD-negative remission with a manageable toxicity profile, but long-term disease control is limited by early treatment failure in patients with multiply relapsed disease. Consolidative HCT may improve remission durability in high-risk responders. Keywords: Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-cell Therapy, Tisagenlecleucel, B-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia, Consolidative Hematopoietic Cell Transplantation, Pediatric"
