Two‑thirds of patients reach platelet counts ≥50,000/μL without needing transfusions though notable variation occurs across different clinical contexts. There is substantial heterogeneity which is expected in retrospective, single‑arm studies due to timing of platelet counts, disease severity, treatment protocols and center differences."
