(EANM 2026) - Sep 29, 2026 - Abstract #EP-1568; "This study demonstrates that peptide-to-activity concentration ratios of 1:2 and 0.8:2 are sufficient to achieve clinically acceptable RCP (≥95%) in the in-house radiolabelling of 177Lu-DOTATATE for therapeutic doses. Sub-optimal peptide concentrations significantly compromise labelling efficiency, underscoring the importance of precise ratio optimisation. These findings provide a quantitative basis for quality-assured in-house PRRT dose preparation and may inform standardisation protocols in nuclear medicine departments performing radiopharmaceutical compounding."
