Risk Stratification for Allogeneic Transplantation in Myelofibrosis: MTSS versus AlloRisk and the Impact of Driver Mutation Clearance (ICBMT 2026) - Oct 8, 2026 - Abstract #OP06-1; Pres time: Sep 18, 2026; 09:00 AM - 09:10 AM; Location: Room B(1F); "Most patients (80%) received ruxolitinib before transplantation and reduced-intensity conditioning (82.7%)... MTSS and AlloRisk demonstrated comparable discrimination but limited concordance in this contemporary Asian MF transplant cohort. Day-30 driver mutation clearance provided additional prognostic information, particularly among higher-risk patients. Larger prospective studies using standardized molecular assays and landmark analyses are warranted."
