Association of PSMA-PET-derived tumour volume with organ and tumour absorbed dose in [¹⁷⁷Lu] Lu-PSMA-617 therapy (EANM 2026) - Sep 29, 2026 - Abstract #EP-0922; "At standard [177Lu]Lu-PSMA-617 activity, the total dose delivered to the metastases is increasing with tumour volume, indicating sufficient therapy efficacy across a wide range of disease extent. However, higher tumour burden was associated with lower renal absorbed dose and less renal function decline. These findings suggest that PSMA-VOL-based activity adjustment might be useful for toxicity reduction."
