Assessment of [¹⁷⁷Lu]Lu-PSMA-617 scintigraphic imaging-based lesion quantification reliability across multiple acquisition time points (EANM 2026) - Sep 29, 2026 - Abstract #EP-0926; "The present findings indicate that the total lesions' area does not change significantly when measured at 4h and 5-8 days post-injection of [¹⁷⁷Lu]Lu-PSMA-617. The total metabolic burden and maximum uptake showed a strong correlation throughout the three time points, but they are not reliable. The uptake normalization method used may be responsible for this."
