However, the residual error remains substantial and may limit clinical applicability. This likely reflects intrinsic limitations of the Hänscheid model, which was originally developed for [177Lu]Lu-DOTATATE and assumes kinetic profiles that may not be directly applicable to [177Lu] LuPSMA617, characterized by different biodistribution and clearance patterns."
