In advanced stages of mCRPC, the extent of this functional decline appears to be of limited clinical relevance given the limited life expectancy. However, the demonstrated cumulative dose effect suggests careful monitoring of renal function after therapy, especially in the case of potential use in earlier stages of the disease or with longer treatment durations."
