VRB-103 is a potent and orally bioavailable amylin analog with a strong selectivity towards human amylin receptors relative to hCTR. Based on these encouraging preclinical data, we believe ASC36_35 FDC has the potential to lead to greater weight loss reduction in people with obesity. Elora plus TZP resulted in additive weight reduction compared to PBO plus TZP in all dose levels. The high dose combinations showed efficacy of up to 29% weight reduction at Week 32. Low dose combinations may produce weight reduction comparable to high dose TZP monotherapy, with fewer dose escalation steps."
