PRG S&Tech said Tuesday that its investigational therapy Trineumin, being developed for neurofibromatosis type 2 (NF2), has been granted RPDD by the FDA. (Korea Biomedical Review) - "The candidate is currently being evaluated in a phase 1/2a clinical trial at Asan Medical Center. The phase 1 portion has completed dosing at 150 mg and safety evaluation, and the company is preparing to establish the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D)."
