A phase 1 trial of LY4175408, an antibody drug conjugate targeting protein tyrosine kinase 7-expressing tumor cells, in patients with advanced solid tumors (Trial in Progress) (AACR-NCI-EORTC 2025) - P1 | "Cofetuzumab pelidotin, a PTK7 antibody drug conjugate (ADC) with an auristatin payload, demonstrated activity across several tumor types in a phase 1 trial, however further development was discontinued.1 LY4175408 is an ADC composed of an Fc-silenced PTK7-binding antibody, a cleavable linker, and an exatecan payload. Key exclusion criteria include prior treatment with a PTK7 ADC with a topoisomerase I inhibitor as payload, unresolved toxicities from prior therapy, or known or suspected active central nervous system involvement. Key objectives are to assess safety, PK, and preliminary antitumor activity of LY4175408."
