Preclinical studies reveal that the ADAM9-ADC exhibits potent in vitro cytotoxicity and superior in vivo antitumor efficacy relative to benchmarks. Pilot toxicology studies in cynomolgus monkeys are ongoing. Further clinical development is warranted."
