- "The quality measurement achieved by the UNIPLUS Program is effective and shows that BHIs need to increase the quality of health services they provide to Brazilian people. Since it was first implemented in 1999, the UNIPLUS Program has undergone by two certification processes to improve its methodology. Attributes related to patient safety need to be included in future editions."
