Phase I study of AMT-676, an anti-CDH17 antibody-drug conjugate, in patients with advanced CRC and other GI tumors (ESMO-GI 2026) - "Among CRC pts, median prior lines of therapy were 3 (range 1–9); 55.9% had KRAS mutations, 94.4% had prior irinotecan treatment, and 82.5% had received anti-VEGF. Conclusions AMT-676 demonstrated a highly favorable safety profile and promising antitumor activity particularly in heavily pretreated CRC. Expansion cohorts are actively enrolling to further assess efficacy in CRC and other GI tumors."
