Altered gene expression profile in human gingival keratinocytes treated with Aggregatibacter actinomycetemcomitans and their role in the development of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
(PubMed, Dent Med Probl)
- "The findings suggest that DDIT4 and RCE1 can be considered potential therapeutic targets associated with A. actinomycetemcomitans-mediated induction of head and neck cancers. However, further studies are required to validate these observations."

Identification of biomarkers co-associated with M1 macrophages, ferroptosis and cuproptosis in alcoholic hepatitis by bioinformatics and experimental verification.
(PubMed, Front Immunol)
- "Finally, we validated these potential biomarkers using GEO datasets (GSE155907, GSE142530 and GSE97234) and a mouse model of AH...Combining bioinformatics analysis with a mouse model of AH, we found that ALDOA, COL3A1, LUM, THBS2 and TIMP1 may be potential biomarkers co-associated with M1 macrophages, ferroptosis and cuproptosis in AH patients. We identified 5 potential biomarkers that are promising new targets for the treatment and diagnosis of AH patients."

Predicting Key Genes and Therapeutic Molecular Modelling to Explain the Association between Porphyromonas gingivalis (P. gingivalis) and Alzheimer's Disease (AD).
(PubMed, Int J Mol Sci)
- "Two Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) datasets, GSE5281 for AD (n = 84 Alzheimer's, n = 74 control) and GSE9723 (n = 4 P. gingivalis, n = 4 control), were downloaded from the GEO database...The best target, 11364421, was used to conduct the molecular dynamics simulations. The results of this study unravel novel genes to P. gingivalis-associated AD that warrant further validation."
