Preparation of injectable clopidogrel loaded submicron emulsion for enhancing physicochemical stability and anti-thrombotic efficacy.
(PubMed, Int J Pharm)
- "Most importantly, it exerted excellent in vivo anti-thrombotic effect on numerous designed animal models. Conclusively, submicron emulsion is a promising delivery system for improving clopidogrel stability and anti-thrombotic efficacy."

Effects of Increased 1-Aminocyclopropane-1-Carboxylate (ACC) Deaminase Activity in Bradyrhizobium sp. SUTN9-2 on Mung Bean Symbiosis under Water Deficit Conditions.
(PubMed, Microbes Environ)
- "ACC deaminase enzyme activity was 8.9-fold higher in SUTN9-2:pMG103::acdRS and 1.4-fold higher in SUTN9-2 (ACCDadap) than in the wild-type strain...These mutations may have increased ACC deaminase activity, which enhanced both symbiotic interactions and drought tolerance and promoted recovery after rehydration more than lower ACC deaminase activity. Adaptive evolution represents a promising strategy for further applications in the field."

Development of a Novel Strategy to Target CD39 Antithrombotic Activity to the Endothelial-platelet Microenvironment in Kidney Ischemia-reperfusion Injury
(ISTH 2017)
- "Warm renal IRI model: Unilateral kidney IRI with nephrectomy of the second kidney with varying doses of rsol.CD39-PSGL-1, or clopidogrel, 30 min before IRI. Targeting CD39 to the injured vessel wall resulted in substantial preservation of renal function and morphology after IRI without toxicity."
