First-in-Class Anti-IL-7R x IL-4R Bispecific Antibody with Quadruple-Pathway Blockade: A Differentiated Strategy for the Treatment of Inflammatory Diseases
(EADV 2026)
- "This significantly outperformed the monotherapy equivalents of Bempikibart (IL-7R antagonist, 75% and 82%) and Dupilumab (IL-4R antagonist 66% and 54%). Conclusions BSI-532 differentiates itself through a multi-layer quadruple blockade that "shuts down" both innate and adaptive inflammatory signals. By addressing the limitations of single-pathway inhibition and directly "starving" the pathogenic TRMs that cause chronic relapse, this unique mechanism of action offers a compelling rationale for achieving durable, long-term remission and support its further development, with an IND submission anticipated in H1 2027."
