Safety and Feasibility of Transradial Access in Patients with Elevated INR (test 2017) - "Mean pre-procedure laboratory values included creatinine 1.02 ± 0.55 mg/dL, INR 1.75 ± 0.47, aPTT 45.04 ± 22.97 sec, platelets 111 ± 96 x 109/L. TRA in patients with elevated INR is safe and feasible. Pre-procedure FFP transfusion does not decrease adverse events and may not be necessary in this patient population."
